CANTON, Mass., April 16, 2015 (hospitalitybusinessnews.com) — Dunkin’ Donuts announced today the signing of a multi-unit store development agreement with new franchise group, Legacy Concepts, LLC, to develop 10 new restaurants in Minneapolis and the surrounding areas of Bloomington, Edina, Eden Prairie and the communities west of the Metro area. The first restaurant is planned to open by the end of this year.
Led by Jeffery Leu, Damon Dranchak, Christopher Leu, Kweilin Ellingrud, John Seibel and Tyler Olsen, this team will manage and oversee the construction and operations for each Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant. The group has years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. In addition, Dranchak has more than 25 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry.
