ATLANTA — June 26, 2012 — FCS Computer Systems, a leading provider of comprehensive technology solutions to the global hospitality industry, today announced that a partnership agreement has been signed with Atlanta, Georgia-based CLC Networks International, a well known provider of emerging voice, video and data solutions to the North American hotel market. Through the new partnership, CLC Networks will now represent the full portfolio of FCS software solutions, including housekeeping management modules and other integrated applications that are designed to streamline hotel operations and maximize ROI, operational efficiencies and revenue opportunities within the hotel environment.
CLC Networks currently provides a vast range of services to the hospitality industry under it’s popular CLiCkSpeed™ platform, a proprietary convergent solution which comprises Wireless and Wired Access Systems (HSIA), Video on Demand (VoD), Free to Guest Programming (FTG), IPTV, Traditional and VoIP Telephone Systems, High Definition LCD’s, Structured Cabling Projects, and many other related technologies. FCS wide range of guest-facing and back-of-house software solutions will now be available as optional modules to augment the current portfolio of products under the CLiCkSpeed umbrella.
“The new partnership with FCS allows us to expand our already impressive range of integrated solutions and round out our offering,” said Mark Probst, CEO of CLC Networks. “FCS applications benefit our hotel clientele by allowing them to perform previously impossible tasks. For example, their new e-Recovery solution allows hotels to track uncategorized expenses, which can represent millions of dollars a year, in some cases. In this industry, it’s all about the ROI, and after testing the FCS solutions over a two-year period, we are convinced that FCS can provide that.”
Cris Davidson, Senior Director of the Americas for FCS agrees. “A typical 200-400 room property loses approximately 3-5% of its revenue on expenses that they have been unable to track up to now,” he said. “This includes items such as gifts and concessions that were made to their guests. Our e-Recovery solution not only tracks those expenses, but also routes requests to the correct department and ensures follow-up, providing a documented ROI and maximizing guest loyalty and satisfaction.”
Additional solutions that CLC will be bringing to their clientele are FCS’ housekeeping solution, which include e-Housekeeping and m-Housekeeping, both of which are dedicated to maximizing the efficiency of hotel housekeeping operations. e-Housekeeping is a property-installed solution, specifically designed to streamline the entire staff room assignment and management process, including cleaning, maintenance, laundry, inventory control, lost & found, staff roster etc., and a live room status dashboard for management to have an overview on room discrepancy, room status, laundry status, linen consumption and report cases. m-Housekeeping is a new mobile application that allows FCS’ innovative housekeeping management technology solution to be used on mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets, in order to streamline housekeeping services. m-Housekeeping is designed to make room turnovers quicker and enable better staff management for increased operational efficiency.
