Unfinished Trump condo-hotel in Fort Lauderdale for sale March 14

It’s a sign of the times for South Florida real estate: The unfinished condo-hotel on Fort Lauderdale beach once linked to titan Donald Trump is scheduled to be sold March 14 at a foreclosure auction.
Broward County Circuit Court has ordered the auction in a foreclosure judgment filed against the developer, SB Hotel Associates of New York, by the loan holder, Corus Construction Venture of Chicago.
SB Hotel owes Corus Venture $140.6 million in principal and $25 million in interest for a total $165.6 million, Circuit Judge Jeffrey Streitfield ruled Feb. 3.
